Selinunte Summer — Women of War: The Trojan Women

The play “Women of War – The Trojan Women,” starring Caterina Costantini, Marco Blanchi, and Maria Teresa Pintus, reimagines Euripides’ tragedy, using body and voice to bring to life the drama of Hecuba, Cassandra, Andromache, and Helen—universal symbols of women swept up in conflict. Runtime: 60 minutes, 9:00 p.m. at Temple E, as part of the “Selinunte Estate 2026” festival at the Selinunte Archaeological Park, which drew over 21,000 spectators in 2025.
