Pasta cu l'Agghia Festival

Pasta cu l'agghia—pasta with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and chili pepper—is the signature dish of Buseto Palizzolo, and this festival is the most authentic celebration of it. On one of the village’s summer evenings, the community gathers to cook and enjoy this simple, fragrant pasta dish together—an expression of traditional peasant cuisine and the local gastronomic identity.
