Salemi Busiata Festival

In the heart of Salemi, one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages, the Sagra della Busiata offers tastings of the famous handmade pasta in eleven different varieties (including a gluten-free version), prepared by local restaurateurs, chefs, and producers. The tasting stations are accompanied by live music, children’s workshops dedicated to making busiata, and special open house events at the Museum Complex, the Norman-Swabian Castle, the Mother Church, and the Church of Sant’Annedda.
