Incocciamoci – Scuola di Cous Cous
"Incocciamoci" è il laboratorio-scuola di cous cous che il Centro Culturale San Vito propone più volte durante l'estate nell'ambito del cartellone "Un Mare di Eventi 2026", in preparazione al Cous Cous Fest di fine settembre. Un'occasione per imparare dal vivo la tecnica dell'incocciata, il gesto tradizionale con cui si prepara il cous cous locale.
