Busiate Buseto 2026 — Busiata Festival

For three days, the village of Badia di Buseto Palizzolo transforms into the capital of busiata, the fresh pasta twisted around an iron rod that symbolizes Trapani’s culinary tradition. The festival features tastings of busiate with Trapani-style pesto and other traditional sauces, booths run by local producers, a market showcasing products from the Sicilian hinterland, and musical and entertainment performances. This event celebrates the region’s culinary heritage and highlights the work of small local farms and artisan businesses.
