Bagli, Oil, and the Sea
From August 1 to 4, Baia Santa Margherita, between Castelluzzo and Màkari, will host “Bagli, Olio e Mare,” a food festival set up along the seashore and organized by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo. Traditional dishes from Trapani will be available for tasting, such as busiate alla trapanese and pasta with sardines, prepared with Slow Food-certified local specialties: Pizzutello tomatoes from Paceco, red garlic from Nubia, and sea salt from Trapani—in an experience that combines gastronomy, nature, and the sea.
